Quality is disaster. Machin is defective at reception, the donuts does not cook well both side. From the supplier's recipe of donuts dough, the machin couldn't make any donuts shape. Inside the barrel, the welding is really poor quality (where you put your dough) . After 20 min, the rotative system that flips the donuts to the other side has just stop working. The supplier promised me that the machin can make 5cm, 7cm and 9cm diameter donuts. At the reception, the supplier sent me only a 5cm mold for donuts. At no point, I said that I wanted 5cm diameter mold. He also asked me wich country electricity plug I needed, I have received no plug at all. I had to buy locally.. Supplier doesn't provide any real support with true solution. He claimed that all are goods. Quality is great... I have opened a dispute, and I got 70% of the refund for this useless and poor quality machin. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the machin is too heavy. The cost would have been too much.
